What is Run For It?

The Crescent City Classic Run For It program began in 2012 and has grown into the largest one-day fundraiser in the Gulf South.

The Crescent City Classic and Crescent City Fitness Foundation have a goal to raise $1 million each year for local charities — and Live Oak Camp is proud to be one of them.

All funds raised by our charity runners go directly toward LOWA scholarships, giving New Orleans kids the chance to experience backpacking trips across the U.S. and Guatemala.

Hosted by your Live Oak Leadership Seminar! Join the whole Live Oak community to cheer on our runners and compete for the Esplanade Entourage Award.

Clean up and head out

Leadership Seminar participants who stay through cleanup get 4 hours community service

Who Can Join?

  • All Live Oak families (kids under 14 must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Leadership Seminar participants (4 hours community service if you arrive by 7:30 and stay through cleanup)
